This expert calibration opportunity applies professional film and audiovisual standards to agentic environments and their outputs. Assess how agents handle scripts, framing, pacing, editing, sound, and production choices across organic, synthetic, and hybrid work. Define review criteria, test edge cases, and document findings so authorized operators can refine the environment. This specialist calibrates agentic workflows rather than running Imagia’s day-to-day production or brand operations. This is a hybrid expert calibration opportunity. Your assigned Imagia location is the closest eligible location to your physical location, in the same country and within 1,000 km; compensation is based on that assigned location. Access is limited to the calibration scope authorized for the assignment; this opportunity does not grant general employee-sandbox or production access. A signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required before access to confidential project information. During approximately your first three months in the role, you will complete the required technical course in Multidimensional Intelligent Systems (SIM).

学歴・専攻

A bachelor's degree (licenciatura) or engineering degree in film, directing, audiovisual production, editing, photography, sound, or a related discipline is required. The required Técnico SIM training must be completed during the first three months in the role. A reel, portfolio, and verifiable credits demonstrate specialist work but do not replace the academic degree requirement.

資格

  • No universal certification is assumed; relevant training and credits are assessed for the assigned discipline.
